Our new drinks menu launches on Wednesday 17th April and this Summer we invite you to be transported back to simpler times and experience the nostalgia of days gone by.  Our Summer drinks menu has been inspired by traditional British flavours and includes an array of Summer fruits & botanicals designed to set the scene of a classic Summer family holiday, without ever leaving the beer garden. We’re proud to present a prestigious selection of the finest gins, craft beers & cocktails for our guests to share and enjoy, so pull up a deck chair and let’s make this a Summer to remember.

ORGANIC & BOTANICS

We pride ourselves on serving a handpicked selection of some of the finest gins around. Our summer gin list brings you an exciting array of organic botanicals, sweet flavours & refreshing garnishes for a fresh, well-balanced glass of heaven.


HENDRICKS G & ‘TEA’

This summer we introduce our sharing tea pots with an infusion of Hendricks gin & tea, perfect for those Summer months in the garden.

FRUIT & BERRIES

Hendricks solstice, briottet mure, William Fox hibiscus, lime, fruit punch tea, strawberry purée, Fevertree tonic, dried hibiscus flowers.

(Infused with floral essences and flavours that capture the “aromatic intensity of a midsummer day.)

PEACHED ICED TEA

Hendricks, briottet peach, lemon, peach purée, earl grey tea, Fevertree tonic, fresh lemon slices.

(Hendrick’s is no gimmick and, yes, cucumber and rose petals do bring something new to the gin taste spectrum enhancing the classic juniper and citrus flavours with fresh, floral, slightly aromatic notes and a silky-smooth texture)

 

As they say, a cup of tea (gin) a day keeps your worries away.


THE MAGNUMS

A great sense of theatre when pouring wines from a bottle twice the size of that you use on any normal occasion; it symbolises ‘celebration’, is a great centerpiece on the restaurant or picnic table, and above all makes perfect sense for this time of year with summer closely on the horizon.

 

Why have a small bottle of prosecco when you can impress your friends with 1.5 litres of fizz. We introduce you to three of our new magnums on our spring/summer menu that you can enjoy on those upcoming sunnier days in the garden.


CRAFT BEER BOOM

If you love good beer you’ll appreciate our new craft beer range.

“The craft beer boom has reversed around 70 years of consolidation in the brewing industry and there is plenty of growth still to come,” said James Simmonds, partner at UHY Hacker Young.

With our new spring/summer menu we decided our beer fridges are in need of a face lift will soon be filled with a whole host of great local & international breweries.  Each week you will see a range of different champion crafts take the shelf so be quick as once they’re gone, they’re gone!
